About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Director of Operations to lead our clinical teams in Southern Colorado.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of evidence-based practices to ensure that clinical care is client-centered and transformative.

The ideal candidate will have active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure, with significant experience in substance use, mental health, and mood disorder treatment. Approved clinical supervisor status is strongly preferred.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Supervise and develop Clinical Program Directors across Detox, Residential, and Outpatient levels of care.
  • Deliver Outstanding Care: Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality clinical care.
  • Build and Retain Top Talent: Participate in recruiting and hiring clinical staff, while creating a supportive environment to retain exceptional team members.
  • Drive Strategic Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve clinical programs and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and organization.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven Leadership: Previous experience leading clinical teams, with a track record of mentoring and developing staff.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary of $110,000 - 130,000 (based on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package.
