Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Requirements:

Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
