We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiology Technician IV to join our team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in adult and pediatric echocardiography, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Maintain a high level of technical skills in echocardiography and provide expertise to ensure technically adequate exams.
- Leadership: Oversee the daily operation of the echocardiography laboratory, direct workflow, and ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Education and Training: Develop and implement a continuing education program, train new employees, and provide necessary assistance and education materials.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate echocardiography studies, provide input on performance levels of staff, and perform other duties as required.
- Education: Associate's degree with 3 years of cardiac echo experience required.
- Certifications: RDMS certification in adult, pediatric, and fetal echocardiography, BCLS certification, and licensure by the Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy in the state of New Hampshire.
As a Cardiology Technician IV at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and expertise, and make a meaningful contribution to the care of our patients.
