FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center in Uxbridge is seeking a part-time Client Care Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
- Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing.
- Answer phone calls, scan documents, and perform filing tasks.
- Develop proficiency in our office and medical software.
- Ensure accuracy in creating patient charts, scheduling appointments, and canceling appointments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Experience with medical insurance billing is required.
- Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week, mainly morning shifts, with some evening availability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
