Nature's Medicines - Globe Street is seeking a highly skilled Cannabis Retail Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

• Assist customers in selecting products and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
• Educate customers on various strains, products, and consumption methods.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments with cash and credit cards.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide a comfortable and pleasant shopping experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and strains.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking to ensure adequate product availability.

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail or customer service experience.
• Thorough knowledge of local and state cannabis regulations.
• Comprehensive understanding of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy skills.
• Basic math proficiency with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to navigate small spaces and reach items on high shelves.
• Visual acuity to identify product details and assist customers with selection.
• Able to handle and operate equipment such as cash registers and scales.
• Comfortable working with various cannabis products and handling related tools and equipment.
