Key Responsibilities- Manage transportation projects at various levels of planning and design
- Lead specific portions of design plans and contribute to high-quality reports
- Contribute to proposal and scope development
- Communicate with internal and external clients
- Mentor staff and contribute to internal professional development programs
- Present at technical and business development events
- Nurture and grow client and industry partner relationships
- 7+ years of experience as a Transportation Engineer in a consulting environment or public entity
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
- Experience in and knowledge of the field of active, non-motorized transportation
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience preparing Plans, Specifications and Estimates packages for roadway projects
- Ability to guide staff members and manage internal team expectations
- Excellent professional ethics, leadership skills, accountability, and decision-making capabilities
- Flexible schedule with a hybrid work arrangement
- Competitive compensation package with a salary range of $102,000-$160,000 annually
