We are looking for a skilled Medical Lab Professional or a recent graduate in Medical Lab Science to become a part of our dynamic team. As a Medical Technologist, you will work in a vibrant, patient-centered setting committed to enhancing health outcomes.

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday; 4 PM to 12:30 AM with rotating weekends

Department: Microbiology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess specimen acceptability for testing based on established criteria
  • Conduct both routine and advanced technical procedures
  • Oversee and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
  • Prepare, evaluate, and test new reagents
  • Deliver precise test results to support patient care
  • Execute preventive maintenance and quality control measures
  • Assist in the processing of specimens

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or Medical Technology
  • Prior experience in a clinical laboratory is preferred
  • ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist or eligibility to take the certification exam
  • Competence with computer systems and laboratory information management
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to work overtime or varied shifts as required
