Key Responsibilities
  • Assist providers with patient preparation for examination and minor office procedures.
  • Perform selected patient and laboratory testing, including electrocardiography, pulmonary function tests, and vision acuity testing.
  • Provide escorting/chaperoning for patients and support other members of the clinical care team.
  • Offer clerical support and serve as backup for the Administrative Assistant or other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Certification: Active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • Capable of performing EKG, PFT, Blood Draws, and ABIs and Cross-trained as a phlebotomist.
