We are looking for candidates with a solid background in radiology, though those with experience in surgical practices, emergency care, or critical care are also encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-time, permanent role within the radiology sector
  • Standard workweek from Monday to Friday
  • Operating hours from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • No on-call duties, evening shifts, or weekend work required
  • Conduct breast and thyroid biopsies, manage post-biopsy care, and address patient emergencies
  • Oversee and interpret DEXA scans for osteoporosis assessments
  • Engage actively in patient and family education, ensuring effective communication between referring physicians and patient families
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Lung Cancer Screening and PSMA programs
  • Serve as a liaison with community physicians to provide insights and education regarding Lung Cancer Screening, PSMA, and DEXA results
  • Schedule educational sessions with referring offices to discuss these programs

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Florida Physician Assistant License
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven experience in performing hands-on medical procedures
