Job Overview

We are currently in search of a dedicated and dependable Warehouse Production team member to join our workforce at TDL Staffing, Inc. This role requires excellent communication skills and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

This position is physically demanding, as candidates must be prepared to lift weights of up to 50lbs consistently throughout their shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently package chemicals into intermediate bulk containers and drums.
  • Accurately charge blend tanks with chemicals according to batch specifications.
  • Operate forklifts to transport chemical containers within the facility.
  • Load and unload trailers of products using forklifts for warehouse transfers and customer deliveries.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Engage in product packaging tasks.
  • Construct and wrap pallets for storage and transport.
  • Handle salt bag packaging from the barge, including filling, stacking, palletizing, and transporting.
Work Schedule and Compensation:

This is a full-time position with available shifts from Monday to Friday, offering both day and night options. Compensation starts at $24 per hour, commensurate with experience, with opportunities for overtime on weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or training.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs continuously throughout the shift.
  • Background checks will be conducted.
  • Must maintain a drug-free workplace.
