Job Title: Quality Assurance Trainer

Allegiance Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Trainer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting talent assessments, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps among current QA employees.
  • Facilitate training sessions through one-on-one coaching, workshops, job shadowing, and mentoring.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training and facilitation methods.
  • Ensure all QA employees are properly trained and understand their assignments.
  • Conduct periodic audits to assess employee progress regarding skills and knowledge.
  • Document and communicate any errors or performance gaps discovered during audits.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new temporary QA staff from agencies.
  • Collaborate with team members to suggest new practices for training and facilitation.
  • Observe and enforce safe working and housekeeping procedures, promptly correcting hazardous situations.
  • Follow all company policies, security protocols, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and ISO requirements.
Requirements:
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong reading comprehension related to work activities.
  • Proficient in basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods as required by the schedule.
  • Effective proficiency in using intranet, email, Excel, Word, and management information systems (MIS).
  • Excellent people skills, customer service orientation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Clear oral and written communication skills.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a training or QA role preferred.
