Job Title: Automotive Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Specialist to join our team at Tom Peacock Cadillac. The successful candidate will have a strong background in dealership accounting and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Post funding notices and manage daily processes of the Accounting office
- Supervise Accounting staff and ensure all accounting staff updates notes on schedules
- Manage the payoff of vehicle floorplan and review new charge accounts
- Ensure all daily bank deposits are posted to ledger and reconcile daily bank postings

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years automotive dealership accounting experience
- Extensive knowledge of CDK/ADP and/or Reynold and Reynolds software
- Strong work ethic, attendance accountability, and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and supplemental insurance, 401k retirement savings plan, paid time off, and holiday pay.
