About the Role
Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners seeks a skilled and dedicated Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB-GYN) to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care, focusing on obstetric and gynecologic services, including prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum support;
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans;
- Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications as necessary;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes;
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our services;
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations;
Requirements
- Degree in Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited institution;
- Licensure to practice medicine in the state of Tennessee and/or Kentucky, depending on the location of your practice;
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology through a recognized certifying body;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders;
