About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Front End Customer Service Team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gathering shopping carts and picking up garbage
  • Engage customers in friendly conversation, making eye contact and smiling
  • Offer additional assistance or services and thank customers for shopping at Wegmans
  • Provide exceptional customer service during inclement weather
