POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Client Relations Coordinator is tasked with fostering communication with clients, processing and entering orders, and executing various activities to nurture exceptional client relationships that support Sales, Production, and Distribution operations. The Coordinator possesses a foundational understanding of production processes and collaborates with manufacturing personnel to ensure timely deliveries to clients. This role requires a self-driven individual with outstanding communication abilities, capable of adapting to shifting priorities throughout the day to support the company's robust growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receive and process client orders directly from customers or sales representatives.
  • Timely placement and modification of orders for materials and supplies utilized in production.
  • Engage with clients regarding inquiries such as order status, estimates, changes, confirmations, and any complaints or questions.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information and prompt actions as required.
  • Manage purchase orders, coordinate account credits, and maintain accurate client data.
  • Monitor and adjust order timelines based on production schedules and client requests.
  • Provide sales representatives with updates on orders and communicate potential production delays.
  • Collaborate with production teams and utilize CRM/ERP systems to ensure timely deliveries to clients.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Preferred experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
  • Proficiency in computer data entry.
  • Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is advantageous.
  • Entry-level to five (5) years of experience in client relations.

WORK SCHEDULE & BENEFITS:
  • Standard work hours are Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime as necessary).
