About the Role

CoolSys is a leading provider of indoor environment solutions, and we're seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements
  • Completion of a refrigeration technician training program (HVACR) from a technical school or completion of a technical program from a JR College
  • Valid EPA certificate
  • 1-3 years of commercial refrigeration experience required
  • Equivalent passing grade, 80% or better, on Tek Skills Level 3 test
  • Experience working on refrigeration equipment in convenience stores or supermarkets a strong plus
