Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation, research, and analysis, with a focus on providing high-quality service to our clients. Key responsibilities will include:



  • Client Service and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their tax-related inquiries, providing recommendations, and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Tax Preparation and Research: Lead and manage a portfolio of tax engagements, including planning, preparation, and review of various tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, etc.). Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to develop proactive tax planning strategies for clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to share insights, knowledge, and best practices. Supervise and mentor tax staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to foster their professional growth and ensure the quality of their work.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in a professional service environment, such as a CPA firm, financial consulting firm, or similar setting.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills in tax preparation, research, and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
