Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in a timely and courteous manner within the hotel's complimentary breakfast area.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, to guests.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass a responsible serving course, such as TIPS.
  • Ability to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card, as required by city/county/state.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
