Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Cornerstone Hospitality. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Breakfast Setup and Maintenance: Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet and dining area to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service by welcoming and attending to the needs of our guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food and Beverage Management: Track and record all complimentary and paid breakfast items for hotel guests and walk-ins, and maintain the breakfast and lobby area in a clean and organized condition at all times.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present breakfast items in an appealing manner, including setting out and arranging cold food items for self-service.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain the cleanliness of all appliances, counter space, and dining areas throughout the breakfast shift, and ensure that all china, glass, and silverware are clean and sanitized prior to use.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
