Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Acquire and document patient histories, verifying patient identification and physician orders.
  • Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring timely communication with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing clear and concise information about procedures and results.
  • Operate diagnostic imaging equipment, adhering to quality control and radiation safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography program.
  • CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
