Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of customers on their journey from implementation to ongoing success. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on how to achieve their business outcomes using our machine identity management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer adoption of our software to achieve business outcomes through a Customer Success Plan.
  • Maintain customer health and introduce new features as they become relevant on the customer journey.
  • Analyze accounts to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk.
  • Educate customers on the value of machine identity management and help them uncover and solve new use cases.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to each customer, helping to drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Organize sessions and QBRs with internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Guide new customers through their onboarding process to achieve a short time to value.
  • Contribute to initiatives within the customer success team to improve the customer experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with members in product, sales, and support to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years in software customer experience management.
  • Proven ability to educate, build, and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers.
  • Experience in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting customers to achieve their business outcomes.
  • Excellent creative and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptable nature, willingness, and ability to shift strategies on a dime to meet customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer journeys at once.
What We Offer:

CyberArk offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $113,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, based on performance. Our compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
