Generalist MT/MLT Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Medical Laboratory Generalist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in Utah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures, including microbiology, hematology, chemistry, blood banking, coagulation, urinalysis, serology, and blood gases.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with other laboratory professionals to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Current ASCP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in microbiology, hematology, chemistry, blood banking, coagulation, urinalysis, serology, and blood gases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of emotional maturity and composure in stressful or STAT situations.
