Job Title: MDS Coordinator RN

Job Summary:
Emerald Bay Care, part of the Caldera Care family, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of MDS Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and other payor program requirements.

Responsibilities:
Ensure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident
Ensure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided
Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy

Requirements:
Current RN state licensure without any enforcement action against it
Previous MDS 3.0 experience required
Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English

Compensation for roles at Emerald Bay Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Emerald Bay Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Emerald Bay Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:

Pay Range: $94,000-$104,000 per year Depending on Experience
