Clinical Care Operations Nurse Specialist

Banner Health, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Clinical Care Operations team as a Resource Team member in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your nursing skills and knowledge while working with a dynamic team.
**Job Summary:**
This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. You will be responsible for the quality of nursing services delivered by yourself or others under your direction. This role requires specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to assess data, plan, provide, and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Review patient history and physical with patient/family and ensure completion within the appropriate timeframe.
- Formulate a plan of care, including the discharge plan, utilizing assessment data and patient, family, and health team input.
- Implement the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of the activities of the health care team.
**Requirements:**
- Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in the state of practice, or compact RN licensure for the current state of practice.
- BLS certification is required.
- Additonal certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.
**Compensation:**
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
