Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Insight Global Healthcare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, restorative care, and supportive services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
  • Assist with restorative and supportive care, such as ambulating, positioning, transferring, and skin care.
  • Monitor clients' health status by taking vital signs and weights, and report any changes or concerns to the care team.
  • Document care provided according to policies and regulations, and complete visit records in a timely manner.
  • Participate in care planning with multidisciplinary teams, and attend in-service and continuing education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid state-issued Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
  • Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain CPR certification.
  • Personal transportation, current state-issued driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance as required by law.
  • A minimum of one year experience working with the frail or elderly.
  • High School Diploma / GED or relevant work experience in lieu of education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual.
