B. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must possess a master's degree in a Human Services related discipline along with two years of relevant experience, including at least one year of providing clinical services to children and youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to offer performance-based supervision and foster the professional growth of team members. Experience with children and youth facing complex behavioral health challenges is essential. Candidates must be willing to undergo HFW Facilitator training and possess a solid understanding of various child-serving systems, such as education, mental health, child welfare, and juvenile justice. A comprehensive knowledge of community resources, agency policies, and crisis intervention techniques is also required. Effective communication skills with diverse populations and familiarity with individual and group therapy techniques are necessary. Additionally, candidates should be capable of developing treatment and care plans with measurable objectives, making appropriate referrals, and facilitating family support groups.
C. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
No lifting of more than 20 pounds.
D. BLOODBORNE PATHOGEN CATEGORY
Employee performs assigned tasks which involve no exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials (Category III).
E. MANDATORY TRAINING CATEGORIES
Administrative and Direct Care training required.

G. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Intensive Customized Care Coordination (IC3) program is a provider-based High Fidelity Wraparound intervention that involves a team selected by the family or caregiver. This team collaborates with the family to identify goals and appropriate strategies to achieve them. High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) is an ecologically based process that mobilizes resources and talents from various sources to support families within their communities. The wraparound process integrates all aspects of a family's life, including their history, culture, and relationships, to address challenges and develop potential solutions.
H. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the guidance of the IC3 Program Director, the Wraparound Program Supervisor is tasked with providing both clinical and administrative supervision, as well as training for assigned staff members. This role includes delivering care coordination services to clients and families. The Wraparound Supervisor will facilitate the acquisition and implementation of skills necessary for delivering DBHDD-defined High Fidelity Wraparound services, guiding staff in a team-based, strength-focused approach to service planning. Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a client advocate to coordinate necessary services and resolve crises.
- Monitoring, evaluating, and documenting client progress according to measurable goals outlined in treatment and care plans.
- Referring clients or families to community resources to aid in recovery from mental or physical health issues.
- Organizing support groups and counseling family members to help them understand and support the client.
- Identifying environmental barriers to client progress through interviews and record reviews.
- Providing training to direct care staff on addressing the behavioral health needs of consumers.
- Offering case management services related to identified treatment needs.
- Serving as a subject matter expert and resource within assigned areas.
- Leading projects or teams while performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
NOTE: This position reports directly to the IC3 Program Director.
