Sales and Receiving Operations Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Receiving Operations Lead to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a delightful and inspiring shopping experience for guests at our retail store, while focusing on operational activities that grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a positive service environment and facilitate an energized pace on the sales floor
- Partner with Garnet Hill Corporate to oversee inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and ensure inventory accuracy
- Support and improve retail sales and profitability by delivering an exceptional guest experience
Requirements
- 1-2 years of shipping and receiving management experience in a specialty retail industry
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor and stockroom for an extended period of time
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
Salary Range
$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
