Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of student continuing care and family services. This includes providing clinical support, conducting interventions, conducting psychosocial assessments, developing the student's treatment plan, conducting group, individual and family therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to meet caseload requirements for Residential Child/Adolescent patients.
  • Develop and write admission assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries within established time frames and formats.
  • Act as a liaison with families, outside agencies, and referral sources.
  • Assess, design, structure, and implement therapy services to best meet the needs of patients and families.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree and/or seeking licensure as a LMFT, LPC and/or LCSW in the State of Tennessee.
  • Prefer experience conducting group, individual and family therapy using a variety of treatment modalities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other health care professionals, both verbally and in writing.
