Licensed Therapist or MA/MSW Seeking Licensure

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist or MA/MSW seeking licensure to join our team at Mountain Youth Academy. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of patient continuing care and family services.
Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of clinical services to patients on designated units, including clinical support, conducting interventions, psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and conducting group, individual, and family therapy.
- Monitor adherence to the program schedule and assist the residential team in coordinating patient care, including ICMPs, behavioral contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Attend and participate in treatment team meetings and clinical/residential staffing meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records for patients assigned to their caseload.
- Communicate effectively with the dorm team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Assist with mentoring and orienting new therapists to the facility.
- Provide ongoing admissions and discharge information to admissions personnel.
- Complete abbreviated bio-psychosocial assessments within 24 hours of admission or by the next business day.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary treatment team to identify treatment goals and objectives, develop individualized treatment plans, and establish discharge criteria.
- Conduct group, individual, and family therapy sessions as assigned, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of progress notes.
- LPC and/or LCSW licensed in the State of Tennessee preferred, or a Master's Degree in a related field that would allow the candidate to gain licensure as an LPC, LCSW in the State of Tennessee.
- Prefer two years' experience conducting group, individual, and family therapy using a variety of treatment modalities.
- Supervision provided for those Master's level candidates seeking licensure.
