Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
  • Develop project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and staffing requirements.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and updates to team members and stakeholders.
  • Plan project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Publish status reports and communication updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, resourcing, and capacity.
Requirements
  • 8 years' project management experience and 2+ years' Scrum Master experience.
  • Undergraduate/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Design or Computer Science or 10 years of equivalent experience.
  • Certifications/Licenses Required Scrum Master/PMI-ACP/PMP.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of AI, machine learning, NLP, chatbot concepts, and automation techniques.
  • Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
