Job Overview: As a pivotal member of the Product Development Platform Operations team, you will be instrumental in the design, deployment, and maintenance of robust environments for our advanced product lifecycle management (PLM) software. Our guiding principles focus on infrastructure-as-code and application configuration as code, utilizing tools such as Ansible. In this role, you will engage in innovative software engineering practices, including software development and pipeline creation, to support our evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities: Your primary focus will be on enhancing our 3DX ecosystem. We seek an individual with extensive experience in the PLM domain to refine our customization strategies for Dassault's 3DX platform. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing widgets, data integrations, APIs, and dashboards.
  • Implementing cross-platform integrations.
  • Establishing coding guidelines and best practices.
  • Adopting new methodologies, including code-centric approaches for both front-end and back-end development.
  • Leveraging public cloud solutions, pipelines, and machine learning technologies.

Required Skills: We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with PLM platforms.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dassault's 3DX product line.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading software development teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development or engineering roles.
  • Experience in an AGILE work environment.

Preferred Skills: Candidates with the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Familiarity with Tekton or GitHub Actions (Jenkins experience is also acceptable).
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Apigee.
  • Proficiency in GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Projects.
  • Experience with Jira for project management.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Functional experience in front-end and back-end web development.
  • Experience in consuming APIs and utilizing open-source code.
  • Expertise in Git/GitHub.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices.
  • Proficient use of IDEs such as VSCode.
