We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Portneuf Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Perform routine diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic special procedures under the supervision of the Radiologist and Director of Cath Lab.
- Produce high-quality images while applying both radiation and physical safety measures.
- Collect patient data and document procedure.
- Perform all necessary special procedure radiographic procedures.
- Assist physicians with fluoroscopic procedures.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
- Certification and current registration for Radiologic Technologist (R.T.) from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registry-eligible and must obtain within 90-days of hire.
- Current BLS certification.
- Obtain ACLS certification within six months of hire and maintain as current.
- Attend 6 lead EKG course within 6 months of hire.
