Job Summary

The Dining Server Assistant position supports our mission by delivering an exceptional dining service experience. This role reports to the Dining Manager or designee.

Key Position Qualifications
  • High School or equivalent preferred.
  • Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) or healthcare setting experience is highly desired.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to residents, families, guests, and staff.
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude in high-stress areas.
Key Performance Success Indicators
  • Ensures that assigned tasks are understood prior to beginning the task.
  • Manages conflict effectively without becoming emotional or defensive.
  • Demonstrates a sincere commitment to serving customers at the highest possible level.
  • Organizes and prioritizes tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Makes minimal mistakes, errors, and omissions.
  • Provides assistance to others when needed.
  • Performs work according to job requirements.
  • Consistently comes to work as scheduled and is punctual.
