Pharmacist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. in Yuma, AZ. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify medication orders to ensure safe and effective use.
  • Assess medication selection, dosing regimens, and administration.
  • Provide drug information and education, as well as drug therapy monitoring services.
  • Work closely with providers and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance department operations and service outcomes.
  • Evaluate medication therapies and answer questions about drug information.
  • Supervise technician activities and medication management processes.
  • Precept pharmacy students and oversee pharmacy residents.
Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Pharmacist licensure in Arizona.
  • 5 years of experience as a pharmacist.
  • Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred.
  • Key skills include drug procurement, hospital experience, and strong communication skills.
