Position Overview: We are in search of a skilled and motivated CNC Operator and Programmer. This full-time role presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about product creation and eager to make a substantial impact within our organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team to program, set up, and operate CNC machinery. Responsibilities will include interpreting technical blueprints, developing programs, and resolving any operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform light programming at the machine, along with setting up and operating CNC equipment.
  2. Convert instructions into computer commands to ensure accurate machine functions.
  3. Prepare and load raw materials and components onto the machines.
  4. Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to enhance outcomes.
  5. Inspect and measure finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
  6. Read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
Qualifications: To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Operator and Programmer.
  2. In-depth knowledge of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machinery.
  3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and schematics.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Comprehensive understanding of the properties of metals and other materials.
  6. A technical degree or certification in CNC programming, machine tool technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
