Job Title: Registered Nurse

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing care and working under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and physicians. The RN will ensure the well-being and comfort of residents, administer medications, monitor residents, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as an RN in the state of Arkansas.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principals, practices, and procedures.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
