About the Role:

The Registered Nurse will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and physicians to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents. Key responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid and active license in good standing as an RN in the state of Arkansas. Completion of an accredited nursing program is also necessary. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures is essential, as is a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
