What We Offer:
  • A competitive Total Compensation Pay Range of $150,000 - $185,000.
  • A customized compensation package based on your qualifications, skills, and experience, which includes a mix of base salary, bonuses, and equity awards.
Your Contributions:
  • Establish and uphold a national purchasing program to streamline operations and boost productivity.
  • Formulate strategic plans aimed at cost reduction and timely procurement of services and goods.
  • Oversee and issue RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs in accordance with defined scope of work requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between field operations and centralized purchasing to ensure cohesive strategies.
  • Engage with vendors, manage substantial contracts, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific metrics.
  • Negotiate SLAs for both new and existing contracts, ensuring optimal terms.
  • Source building products, materials, and services for field operations.
  • Leverage data to inform decisions and present findings to senior and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant work experience.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in purchasing, ideally in a managerial capacity within the Real Estate/Construction sector.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
