Job Summary

As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of technicians in responding to water damage emergencies, conducting mitigation and remediation services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians in responding to water damage emergencies and conducting mitigation and remediation services.
  • Scope and initiate work on residential and commercial losses, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Communicate with customers on-site to explain next steps and provide updates on mitigation progress.
  • Monitor ongoing losses, delegate tasks to technicians as needed, and ensure compliance with company protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance to new technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in water mitigation and disaster recovery.
  • IICRC WRT certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. frequently.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
