Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled District Medical Director to lead our Miami office. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll cultivate a strong, engaged, and empowered team, maintaining and fostering clinical excellence. You'll support the district's business performance, collaborate with operations leadership, and lead office medical directors in delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a high-performing team and maintain clinical excellence

  • Design and manage key operational drivers, including workflow, resource, and performance management
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans within the market
  • Collaborate with district medical directors, departments, and local partners to innovate and improve
  • Partner with the recruiting team to interview, hire, and onboard new providers
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of managing multiple primary care offices, including teams of providers and clinical leaders
  • At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
  • State licensed in Florida, obtained before start date
