About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Telemetry unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and interpret rhythms, monitor patient's hemodynamic statuses, administer prescribed cardiac medications and Telemetry-approved drips.
  • Recognize and assist patients in shock or those with other life-threatening complications.
  • Assist with emergency and elective cardioversions as well as the insertion of temporary pacemakers.
  • Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment or transfer into position.
  • Critical care or Telemetry experience preferred.
