Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Friendship Community Care in Marshall, AR.

Salary: $12.50 per hour

The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

About the Role:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal planning, and grocery shopping.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and activities, requiring a valid Arkansas driver's license.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, incidents, and maintenance records.
  • Foster a safe and healthy environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized plans of care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with state minimum liability insurance.
  • Ability to pass background checks and maintain a clean driving record.

Work Environment:

The work environment is usually moderate, with occasional exposure to noise and demands of caregiving.
