Key Responsibilities
  • Call Handling: Determine the purpose of each call by actively listening and interacting with callers, triage calls in a professional and timely manner, and assess client needs to provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Member Support: Research and articulate information regarding pertinent EAP/Worklife services and resources, recognize crisis situations, and evaluate for needed action to minimize risk.
  • Documentation and Data Entry: Enter member information into the appropriate EAP system to initiate cases, document comments and information thoroughly and professionally, and maintain accurate and complete internal documentation of required information.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders, assist team members with necessary activities to effectively respond to member inquiries, and provide miscellaneous support functions as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years' experience in a call center environment, preferably in a social, psychological, or human service field providing client support.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Environment

This is a fully remote role, and you will be able to work from anywhere in the U.S. You will need to have a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25mbps/3mbps and a hardwired connection (ethernet connection) is required.
