- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and retention\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery\
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and service delivery\\/ul>\
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of three years of experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
