About the Role

Lennar Homes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining, implementing, and managing processes for translating business requirements into technical design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of technical documentation, including process flows, specifications, and development tasks.
  • Support the liaison role between business and development teams to facilitate project execution and resolution.
  • Contribute to creating a positive team environment and fostering team culture in a fast-paced setting.
  • Gain proficiency in relevant tools and software for technical analysis, data analysis, and project management.
  • Develop strong data analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Learn and apply project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Enhance communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Cultivate a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of business analysis, technical analysis, data analysis, project management, or a comparable role within a technology organization.
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics, PowerBI, SQL, Python, SnapLogic, Cyber Security & Security Best Practices, .net, Java, React, Cloud Infrastructure – GCP/AWS, SAP/ERP, Rest APIs, SFTP, MQTT, Web Services, JSON, ServiceNow.

Physical and Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position that requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds. Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork, and to receive/return phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.
