Position: Client Support Specialist for Industrial Store

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to both in-person and telephone clients
  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge to aid customers in their selection process
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders
  • Investigate products for unique customer needs
  • Assist in maintaining organized sales materials
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficient in multitasking and entering data accurately into systems
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking
