About the Role:

We're seeking a high-performing government account executive to join our Seerist Federal team in the US region. This exciting opportunity involves selling software-as-a-service solutions to the US Federal Government, leveraging our sole source USG-wide IDIQ to simplify the contract process and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop greenfield prospects across the Department of Defense, working with the revenue team to convert these prospects into net new opportunities and clients.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
  • Build a pipeline by completing lead-generating activities, including cold calls, emails, and social touches.
  • Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience selling software (preferably a SaaS solution) to the DoD or a similar industry.
  • Ability to effectively work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Genuine customer empathy and strong communication skills.
  • Organized and strong time management skills.
  • A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment.
  • A sense of urgency and persistence.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain a US Security Clearance.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
