SUMMARY:
The Senior Specialist in Production Planning is responsible for the strategic planning, scheduling, and oversight of product approvals throughout the entire production process to fulfill operational demands. This role requires collaboration with engineering teams and adherence to production specifications to ensure timely material availability. The specialist will keep management informed on the progress of work, coordinate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain departments, and engage with engineering and program management as well as external stakeholders. The position ensures that both materials and workforce are adequately prepared to meet production goals and delivery timelines, while also addressing any potential shortages or delays.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
- Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Familiarity with Costpoint is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $76,500-141,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amounts may vary based on experience and location. Fisica Inc also provides a range of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending accounts, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company holidays. The specific benefits available may vary based on hire date and employment type.
