Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of the Salesforce database platform.
  • Ensure the database is consistently updated, secure, and compliant with agency standards.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive database training programs for staff and partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement preventative measures for future data integrity.
  • Engage with staff and partners to assess database and reporting needs.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to discuss database-related concerns and improvements.
  • Create and execute scheduled reports to provide ongoing insights for decision-making.
  • Analyze and present data in a way that provides actionable insights for programmatic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education equivalent to completion of an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator preferred.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets, conducting large-scale data cleaning and migrations, training non-technical staff on database platforms, and implementing changes in production environments.
