Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and proactive outreach.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and build trust with customers.
  • An interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • A dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to anticipate and effectively meet customer needs.

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
